The time on our independent site is based on New York time.

Global Purchase Available: International shipping fees are calculated by region; a price difference supplement may be required.

The products are divided into Pre-order products(Group-buy Products) and in-stock products . Please read the policies carefully before making a purchase.

Group-buy Products

The payment link for group – buy products is open for about two weeks. The price is lower, but the production cycle is 2 – 3 months. If you mind, think twice before ordering. When the link is open, the number of group – buy participants is being counted; placing an order means joining the group.

Once the link closes, production starts and the product link will be placed in the “Being Stocked” section. When production is completed, the product link will be moved to the “In-stock” section. Once it’s marked as in-stock, we can ship it to you.

Please note that after purchasing group – buy products in our store, you must add our INS account.This is to facilitate subsequent communication, exchanges and after-sales issues.

In addition, all the sample-making videos and detailed information of our group-buy products will be displayed on our Instagram account.

In-stock Products

Ship within 7 days after purchase.For in – stock items, shipping is free when the order total reaches $60. If it’s less than $60, a shipping fee of $15 will be charged. When group – buy items arrive, they are also considered in – stock items.Estimated delivery within 3 weeks.

Please note that orders under $60 that do not include the $15 shipping fee cannot be shipped.

Hey babies, do pay attention! We’ll ship the goods based on the shipping address you filled in on PayPal. If you need to change the address, an extra PayPal handling fee will be charged.

Tracking

After the order is shipped, You can check the tracking number in your own account.

After – sales & Refund Policy

1.Return and Refund: Once an order is successfully placed, it is deemed a confirmed transaction. Returns and refunds are not supported.

2.After-sales Service: A complete unboxing video is required, starting from opening the waterproof bag. If the shooting angle is incomplete and the problem cannot be identified, after-sales service will not be provided. If there is any missing item in the product, please contact me within 24 hours.

3.The store does not provide after-sales service for any issues caused by express delivery, but we will try our best to contact the courier for you.

4.Due to the nature of its glitter material, the sticker is prone to edge curling in humid environments, which is a normal occurrence. We have also included a protective bag as a gift. Therefore, we cannot process refunds or returns for this specific reason. Thank you for your understanding.
